Let’s face it; not only is purchasing a new mattress an investment in your health and lifestyle, it can also be an important financial consideration.

In our experience, part of the concern when investing in a new mattress is how it will feel when you have it at home and actually sleep on it. Trying it for a while in the shop is one thing, sleeping on it is something else again…

Our 100 Night Comfort Exchange Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind with the purchase of your new mattress. Simply put, if you find that your new mattress is not the right mattress for you, you can exchange it within the first 100 nights.

But so there are no surprises these are the terms and conditions of our 100 Night Comfort Exchange Guarantee. There’s no fine print, but if you have any queries, just get in touch!

• The 100 Night Comfort Exchange Guarantee is valid for 100 nights following the date of delivery or pick-up of your new mattress.
• A new mattress protector to fit the new mattress must be purchased on the same invoice as the mattress. We only provide quality Protect-A-Bed Stay New mattress protectors that come with a 5 Year stain proof guarantee and are very reasonably priced.
• The mattress must be returned to us without any damage or marks. This will solely be determined at the discretion of an authorized Simply Sleep representative.
• There is only one exchange for each purchase.
• A $60 delivery fee applies for the delivery of the new exchange mattress and pick-up of the original mattress in the eastern and south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Fees into other areas will be the cost of the freight company involved.
• If the mattress is exchanged for a mattress of lesser value than the original purchase a refund of the difference in cost between the two mattresses does not apply.
• If the mattress is exchanged for a mattress of greater value then the difference in the retail price at the time of the original purchase must be paid by the customer.
• The 100 Night Comfort Exchange only applies to our standard mattress range and does not apply to special size mattresses or where alterations have been made to the original mattress specification.
• The 100 Night Comfort Exchange Guarantee does not apply where a firm mattress was the initial purchase. If a medium or plush mattress is the initial purchase it can be exchanged for a firm mattress.
• The 100 Night Comfort Exchange Guarantee does not apply to display mattresses that have been purchased at a further discounted “clearance” price.
• The 100 Night Comfort Exchange Guarantee does not apply to the size of the mattress, eg: a Double size bed cannot be exchanged for a Queen size bed under the 100 Night Comfort Exchange Guarantee.
