Our prices include delivery and installation, and the removal of an old mattress if required in the Melbourne metropolitan area. Please contact us for deliveries outside the metropolitan area.

We keep our most popular mattresses and bases in stock so they can usually be delivered with a week. If not in stock we will endeavour to have it from our suppliers and delivered to you within two weeks.

We will advise you of an estimated delivery time at the time of purchase when purchasing in-store, and if you’re purchasing online we’ll contact you to advise an estimated delivery time.

Some delays may occur due to public holidays or delays in receiving stock from our suppliers. We’ll be in touch with you though to keep you updated.

Yes, we can deliver most of our beds upstairs. Unfortunately we can’t deliver Full Queen size and Full Double size adjustable bases upstairs due to their weight and OH&S considerations. Split size adjustable bases can be delivered upstairs but may incur an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

Yes. We can arrange for the supply of our range of beds through your funding provider. Please contact us direct for details.

Split queen fitted sheets are 73cm x 203cm on each side. Split King fitted sheets are 92cm x 203cm on each side. The relevant standard queen size or king size sheet can still be used.

Yes. We have a range of bedheads available in a range of colours to suit either the electric adjustable beds or ensemble bases. Please contact us for details.

Yes. The materials in our mattresses won’t be affected by the use of an electric blanket. However, check with the electric blanket supplier as there may be some restrictions of the use of an electric blanket on an adjustable bed.

Yes. Castor wheels with locks are an option.

Our electric adjustable bases have an industry-leading 10-year guarantee on the frame and motors, and our full range of mattresses also have a 10-year guarantee.
