Our aim is to provide a quality product at a value price at the conditions at the time of purchase. We understand though that sometimes your circumstances or ours can change from the time you purchase your new mattress or adjustable bed until the time it’s delivered, which is why we have included these terms and conditions.

Please read these terms and conditions in conjunction with the information that is shown on your invoice.

 

• Cancellation of Order
  Cancellation of orders will attract an administration fee equal to 10% of the total value of the goods involved. If any freight costs are incurred through the cancellation of an order they are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Refunds and Returns
  We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
  But you can choose a refund or exchange if the item has a major problem. This is when the item:
  – has a problem that would have stopped you from purchasing the item if you had known about it
  – is unsafe
  – is significantly different from the display model or the description of the item
  – doesn’t do what we said it would or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed. Please note that we make no claims to any actual or perceived health benefits derived from the use of our products and any such stated or implied claim will not be accepted as a reason for a refund.
  Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
  If the problem is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired or replaced in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
  Please keep your original invoice as proof of purchase.

• Payments
  The payment of any balance outstanding must be made prior to or on delivery of the goods.
  For your convenience we accept telephone payments for Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  Cheques and direct deposit payments are accepted by prior arrangement.

• Items Made To Customer Specifications
  A firm quote will be given for any items made to customer specifications, and payment in full must be made prior to the order being placed with the manufacturer.
  Once an order has been placed with the manufacturer and the item is in production the order cannot be cancelled.
  No refunds will be given for items made to the customer’s specification, and our 100 Night Comfort Exchange Guarantee does not apply.
• Prices As Listed On Our Price Brochures
  We offer a regular discounted price for all our mattresses and electric adjustable beds.
  However, we occasionally have wholesale price rises which can affect our retail price. While we endeavour to keep price increases to a minimum, from time to time they do occur.
  If you have a price brochure from our store or from one of our external displays, we guarantee to honour the price on that brochure for at least two months, even if there is a subsequent increase in our discounted retail price.
• Delivery Costs
  Our prices include delivery and installation in the local area, but given that not every delivery is the same there may be some additional costs involved. “Delivery” and “Installation” refers to the handling of the products we are providing. We do endeavour though to keep our additional charges to a minimum to provide the best possible value to our customers.
  We also occasionally have price rises from our service providers, including delivery companies, which can affect our retail price. While we endeavour to keep price increases to a minimum, from time to time they do occur.
  Additional delivery fees can be be brought about by, but are not limited to, the following:
• Upstairs deliveries, especially of heavier items such as electric adjustable beds, which may need additional delivery people to cover occupational health and safety requirements.
• Dismantling and reassembling the customers current furniture, bed frames and so on to move to other rooms. Simple items such as a mattress or bed bases can be moved to another room with no additional charge.
• Deliveries outside the local area.
• Waiting time when products are being delivered, or if a delivery cannot be made as there is no-one available to accept the goods, can also incur additional charges.

"Sale", "Save" and "Discounted" Prices
Occasionally we promote offers for our mattresses and electric adjustable beds as a “Sale Price”, as being able to “Save A %age Off”, or as a “Further Discounted Price”, or similar.
While we offer a regular discounted price for all our mattresses and electric adjustable beds, these other promotional terms can refer to savings and percentages off our competitors regular retail pricing, not necessarily a promotional price they are promoting, and are intended to highlight the value of purchasing your new mattress or electric adjustable bed from us.
We also back up the value of our retail prices (our promotional or everyday price) with our 30 Night Price Guarantee. No fine print; if you find the same mattress at a cheaper price before or within 30 nights after buying your new mattress from us, we’ll refund the difference plus another 10%. How’s that for a guarantee!
Just bring us an original copy of an advertisement or formal written quote (sorry, no prices jotted on a business card!), or the link to a website promotion for a local supplier that includes all costs (product supply, delivery, installation and old mattress removal) and we’ll match it plus another 10% off the difference.
