Simply Sleep is a local, family-owned business and we started ten years ago with the aim of providing quality mattresses and electric adjustable beds at unbeatable prices without any gimmicks, false “sale” prices and pressure sales tactics.

We knew though that we needed to show we were different from the razzamatazz and hype retailers, and that there was a simpler way of purchasing a new bed. So how did we do it? Well, we literally took our shop to where people are rather than trying to get people to come to us, and our shopping centre displays started! No pressure, no hype; just give people the opportunity see who we are and to ask questions about mattresses and electric adjustable beds in an open environment.

From the start we knew that if we kept our costs down we could sell our beds at a great value price, and for us that meant thinking outside the box with the showroom we needed for people to come to and  try our full range. Traditional main road retail locations are just too expensive and it means putting prices up to cover the cost, so we decided not to go for a traditional retail outlet. 

As a result we’re a little “off the beaten track” but our showroom costs are lower meaning we can keep our prices down. Some people say that we’re tucked away and that we’re not visible from the street, but we’d like to think that the savings we can pass on because of our location more than make up for that!  

When you visit us in our showroom you can expect to be greeted with a friendly smile and without any pressure to make a decision on the spot. The showroom gives visitors the opportunity to try our beds in a relatively private environment, and our focus is on providing exceptional customer service to take the hassle and guesswork out of choosing your new bed.
